The production and delivery arrangements are confirmed for each job. Tell us about any fixed deadline before placing your order.
Dates depend on the whole job.
The product, quantity, finish and artwork all affect the schedule. A quoted production time is not automatically the same as a delivered date. We confirm the delivery service and any address restrictions with the order.
Artwork and approval
We need usable artwork and any required approval before production can begin. If files arrive late or need corrections, the dates may change. We’ll explain the options before going ahead.
Delivery addresses
Provide a complete address, postcode and a contact for the delivery. Tell us about restricted access, multiple delivery points or venue booking requirements at the quoting stage.
Reviewing your proof
Check text, spelling, prices, contact details, size and every page or version. A screen proof is for checking content and layout; it is not a reliable physical colour sample.
If colour or a particular stock is critical, ask about a sample or a physical proof before production.
When your order arrives
Check the parcel and print promptly. If something is damaged or incorrect, keep the packaging and contact us with photographs and your order reference.
Working to a fixed date?
Include the date the print needs to be with you, not just the event date.
