Terms and conditions of use

By contracting Flux Creative Ltd or using the www.fluxprint.co.uk website you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

We will not pass on your details to any 3rd parties and will only use this information in order to contact you ourselves directly regarding your bookings placed on this website.


The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions  directly ordered or made through on www.fluxprint.co.uk or with Flux Creative Ltd.


Flux Creative Limited may change this terms and conditions from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.


The placing of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference if needed.


Prices and payments

All prices are in £ sterling. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability.


Payment must be made in full before any goods are dispatched.


You can pay via PayPal, by cheque or BACs.We also accept prepayment against pro-forma Invoices by cheque and bank transfer.


No waiver

Our failure to insist upon strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed to be a waiver of our rights or remedies in respect of any present or future default of the Customer in performance or compliance with any of these Terms and Conditions.



We aim to dispatch your order within 5-10 working days, if you need it any sooner just ask. It would help us if when ordering you make a note in the special instructions box of when you need your order by. Due to seasonal variations we can be extremely busy and don't want to let you down. We shall not be liable in any way for losses, damages or expenses (whether direct, indirect or consequential) suffered by you due to delay or any failure to deliver the goods to the place and by the date stated by you. We can, however provide you with tracking numbers and contact details for your delivery after we have despatched it and of course, offer help and assistance in tracking your order in the unlikely event that a problem may occur.


Delivery costs

UK Mainland Deliveries

Standard Delivery (9am - 5.30pm)

£12.50 for parcels up to 10kg

£14.50 for parcel up tp 20kg


Non-UK Mainland Deliveries (Northern Ireland)

£19.50 for parcels up to 10kg

£22.50 for parcels up to 20kg

For Timed Next Day – for pre 9.00, 10.30 or mid-day delivery please call our sales team on 01483 458610 for specific pricing for your order.

If your order is extremely urgent we can offer a same day service. Order must be placed before 12am. You should contact us prior to placing your order.


Damage in transit

Goods damaged in transit must be reported immediately by signing the delivery note “Damaged on arrival” and returning it to us within 5 working days; any damaged Goods must be retained by you for inspection. If the delivery note is signed without the comment “Damaged on arrival” we cannot be held responsible for damages in transit.


Action upon delivery

You will need to inspect the goods immediately on delivery and if there is shortages or quantity errors in delivery you need to notify us in writing quoting the invoice number within 48 hours of delivery. Any claims for non-delivery of the goods will not be considered unless you notify us in writing within 7 days of the date of the invoice.


Printing defects and replacement

Customer must notify Flux Creative Ltd in writing or via email within 48 hours of delivery of goods.


In order to receive replacements Customer must return 100% of defected goods undamaged and within 7 days of delivery.


Any return delivery charges to be paid by customer.


Flux Creative Ltd shall not be liable for any costs, expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or 3rd party company arising directly or indirectly out of any print error. If the customer wishes to alter the artwork prior to the re-print then this will be treated as a new order and be consequently charged for in full.


Colours, images and customer submitted artwork

All artwork or designs and images should be provided in CMYK format at a minimum of 300 DPI (unless we request files in RGB colour space). Flux Creative Ltd is not responsible for any colour shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK colour mode, or for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer provided artwork. Flux Creative Ltd always endeavours to check artwork for errors but cannot be held responsible for problems with clients supplied artwork.


Artwork supplied by customer has to be in proportion of your requested final wall size and ready for print. We reserve the right to edit your original artwork sizes to fit requested wall size wallpaper without any notice. This includes scaling, trimming or editing your original image in any way to achieve final correct proportion. We will add 5.00 cm image bleed to each side to compansate for uneven walls or miss measure.


Visual PDF supplied to you is only representation of the sizes assuming your artwork is in correct proportion size. Visual should NOT be used as guidelines when fitting your wallpaper. Instead please watch our fitting instructions videos to correctly positon and install your wallpaper. You can find our video fitting instructions on our website www.fluxprint.co.uk by following this link.


Please note

The images you choose from on-line image libraries like shutterstock.com, istock.com, dreamstime.com, fotolia.com etc, are output by its owners and different cameras, scanners or other equipment and the image details and default resolution on some of them could be lower than 300dpi.


The resolution displayed on its websites is automatically calculated for 300dpi taking into consideration the image specifications. Images uploaded to these on-line libraries web sites might be out of focus, have some pixelation, image artifacts and colour noise that will play role in final output print quality when enlarged to fit your wall size.


Due to these facts, we can't be held responsible for any problems with images being printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated and there for we won't be able to issue any refunds or exchange.


Final examination for accuracy is client responsibility. Before approving any proof, please examine carefully for accuracy including spelling, logo integrity, orientation, finishing detail, size and general layout etc. If anything is illegible please contact the artwork department for clarification or a amend copy.


Order cancellation

Flux Creative Ltd will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to printing, although cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of the order.


Shipping delays and errors

Flux Creative Ltd is in no way responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors. We will make every effort to rectify the situation where feasible. Flux Creative Ltd is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors or damaged shipments.


Installation Services

Flux Creative Ltd will install your wallpaper for you if you need. There are some rules we require you, as customer, to follow. We will give you exact instructions how to prepare your walls and working space for us to deliver quality installation job.


Visual PDF is only for visual representations of your image and wall sizes. We reserve a right to image possition and trim your wallpaper in a way we feel it's right.


Workspace of installation has to be dust free, no other tradesmen working on the site where installation takes place so we can freely move or adjust your wallpaper to fit your wall size if something goes wrong, clear access to the walls and all objects removed from any walls we'll be working on . Installation in surrounding that does not comply with our requirements would have to be re-scheduled, corrected and call out fee to be paid on top of the installation service price.


If any above or any given requirements regarding your installation can't be met and you still want us to continue with the installation, we can't be held responsible for poor quality of any installation job and in no way be responsible for any refunds or compensation you may require if you're not satisfied with final output of our job.


Member of your company management or site manager will have the right to ask us to correct any issues regarding installation and finish of our work on the site and date of the installation. If no commens or request are risen during our installation and we leave the installation site you agree that you're satisfied with final result and no claims, refunds, compensation or any legal actions can be taken against Flux Creative Ltd. Any re-prints, removal of old wallpaper and new installation charges will have to be paid in advance in order for us to take any further actions.


If you make a mistake in measuring your walls, we'll do our best to fix this problem by adjusting size of your design printed or eventually we'll re-print your order. Please note that in case of reprint you will be charged full price for whole print.


Once we finish our installation and leave installation site we are no responsible for any damages or extra work other tradesmen do to our original installation job and wallpaper. Tempting with our wallpaper or installation finish without our written permission will automatically disassociate us from any damages done to our original work, additional charges, and replacement requests.


If any of the above statement apply to your situation, any additional work, call out charges, reprint, removal or installation charges would have to be paid in full before our next visit.

Goods ownership, copyright and restrictions

All goods, work and artwork remain the property and copyright of Flux Creative LTD until paid for in full. You are forbidden to show, display or use our work in anyway in any public places or premises without our authorisation.


It is an infringement of copyright to show, display or use our work in anyway in any public places or premises without our authorisation until you pay for your goods in full.


Pending payment for goods supplied, the customer holds the goods as the Bailee of Flux Creative LTD and the goods must be kept identified as - Belonging to Flux Creative LTD and not to be used in any way unless paid in full.


In the event that the customer fails to make payment, the customer irrevocably authorises Flux Creative LTD to enter his premises or premises where our work has been displayed and repossess or/and remove the goods supplied.


In case of greater distance than 20 miles from Flux Creative LTD registered address: 88 Cedar Way, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 1JF - you will be asked to remove and return unpaid goods undamaged and in its original packaging.
